My last session of 2017 was absolutely gorgeous! I was so excited when one my friends (and former colleagues) reached out to me to capture her beautiful family. Kelley and I both taught Kindergarten together in Maryland over ten years ago… wow, that’s a long time! It’s also exciting that she lives not too far from me now… I see many play dates (and mom dates) happening for us. I have to say that Kelley and Jon make the most adorable babies ever! It’s funny… I distinctly remember being at a (rather boring) teaching workshop with Kelley; we ended up talking about wanting children and what names we liked. Well… years later, Kelley and I both ended up using those favorite baby names for our first littles. She got her Isabelle, and I got my Jude. It’s funny what we remember. We decided to go to Fort Monroe for our sunset session. I’d never been there before, and it was so pretty. It was a bit cold, but everyone was such a trooper! I have to say… all three kids were really easy to work with… that makes my job so much easier! We posed, we laughed, we ran on the beach, and later we had a lovely dinner with both of our families. So, here they are… the Sunkin Family… give them some love!
